MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is a three year Master degree Programme started from academic year 2005, and has emerged into a very successful one. It has produced two batches of postgraduage professionals and most of them are placed locally as well abroad. The course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of computer science, with emphasis on applications. It has courses in computer science, mathematical science and management. The 6th semester is dedicated to the project work to be done in the industry. Since the courses are pertaining to modern technology, the response from students is overwhelming. The advancement in technology is challenged by the excellence of Master of Computer Applications, which occupies a prominent place in this college. The department has been creditably certified by ISO.

Objectives

Imagine all the cities of the world having wonderful streets but without any conncetions at all among them, would be an isolating  existence for everyone.That was the way the computer applications world was until a few years ago. Now imagine the four-lane knowledge super highways running straightline from normal village of the small planet to a Global village of the Universe, creating an independent and interdependent interconnected global network, web and virtual reality.
