The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was started in the year 2002. It is the oldest and most active department of the College. The department has spacious laboratories and state-of-the-art equipment for laboratories. The laboratories have Electron devices, Electronic circuit, Communication, Microprocessor and Interfacing, Digital Signal Processing, Analog and Digital integrated Circuits, Digital and fiber optic communication etc. The U.G Programme(B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering) was accredited by National Board of Accreditation(NBA) AICTE-New Delhi for a period of 3 years.
Vision: Electronics and Communication Engineering department provides a Programme of the highest quality to produce creative Technocrats, who can address the challenges of the new century and excel at an International level in order to enhance global prosperity.
Mission: With this vision, the mission of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department is to provide its Students with a knowledge required for high quality engineering process of creating, developing, integrating, sharing and applying knowledge about electronics and information technologies which helps to equip its Students with a broad intellectual spectrum in order to prepare them for diverse and competitive career paths. |
