II - INDUSTRY INSTITUTE PARTMENRSHIP CELL (IIPC) I

Interaction between Institute and the Industry is now widely recognized as an essential requirement to train and develop the right kind of man power necessary to sustain and promote industrial and economical growth. Hence, SNS College of Technology though only 7 years old, has decided to establish a cell called Industry Institute of Partnership Cell (IIPC) under the leadership of a person who has rich experience in both Industry and Academic. As on date the college has Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with following industries for student’s projects, in plant training and industrial visits.·

III- PROFESSIONAL SOCIETY ACTIVITIES @ SNSCT INDIAN SOCIETY FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION  (ISTE) CHAPTER : 

The Indian Society for Technical Education is a national, professional, nonprofit making society registered under the societies registration act of 1860. The ISTE Students Chapter(No. TN-159)  has been established at our college and functioning from 2004. Our college is also an institutional member (No. IM 1178) of ISTE from 2004. At present about 500 students are ISTE members. The ISTE day is celebrated at national , section and chapter level on 21st may every year. The students activities like paper presentation, quiz, marketing and seminars are being conducted periodically under the banner of this chapter.  

COMPUTER SOCIEY OF INDIA(CSI) : 

The CSI  Student Chapter(No. I00922) and   Institutional Membership(I01044) has been established at our college and functioning from 2006.  At present about 100 students are members in CSI Student Chapter. Guest lectures by experts both from academia and industry, leadership and personality development programmes, seminars, essary writing etc.. are being arranged periondically for students and faculty members.  

INSTITUTE OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING  (IEEE) : 

The IEEE is a non-profit and world's largest technical professional association established from the advancement of technology worldwide.  IEEE Publishes technical literatures, journals, transactions and magazines, conference proceedings in electrical, electronics, computer sciences engineering. About 100 students have enrolled as Student Membership in IEEE and 10 faculty members enrolled Staff membershsip in IEEE. To facilitate the students activities, an IEEE student branch is established with the approval of IEEE, NJ on 25.09.2008.
